YOU won’t feel the need to ensure visibility of NIKE’s key marketing concepts. You’ll just copy what the competition are doing.

YOU won’t liaise with commercial and operations teams to go to market priorities. You’ve done your bit; you won’t be micromanaging anyone.

YOU won’t bother allocating marketing budgets effectively; it’s NIKE, they’ve got coin.

YOU won’t waste time monitoring and analysing data and metrics. We don’t have to worry, NIKE sells itself.

YOU don’t want to set and monitor brand-specific KPIs. You’re here to create, not measure things.

YOU won’t ensure alignment with the central marketing calendar because the seasons are well ahead of the rest of the world’s in Malta.
