YOU ARE NOT UP TO THE TASK, IF…

YOU can’t handle the paperwork and process side of things – purchase orders, product receipts, and invoices should be second nature to you.

YOU think that chasing up on delivery delays is someone else’s problem – if you’re not on top of it, things will fall apart.

YOU gloss over the details — if “shipment discrepancy” sounds like a minor issue to you, then Houston, we have a problem (and probably missing stock).

YOU can’t keep track of the “Procure to Pay” process and make sure everything flows smoothly from suppliers to inventory.

YOU avoid talking to suppliers and carriers like they’re your ex. This role requires full-on, healthy, functional communication. (Therapy not included.)

YOU ignore data because “your gut says it’ll work.” Spoiler alert: we trust spreadsheets, not your sixth sense.

YOU think multitasking means checking your phone while waiting for coffee. Here, it’s juggling shipments, stock updates, and team comms without dropping the ball — or the latte.

YOU think inventory counts and stock adjustments are “someone else’s job.” If that’s your mentality, this won’t be for you.
