YOU ARE NOT UP TO THE TASK, IF…

YOU think “product strategy” is just a copy-paste job. Nah, we need you to breathe it, own it, and execute it so well the range speaks for itself.
YOU treat brand cohesion like it’s a suggestion. If you’re not fully committed to keeping that brand on point, don’t bother.
YOU freeze when it comes to balancing price, styles, and colours. If market segmentation sounds like a horror movie, this job will be your own personal “Final Destination”.
YOU ignore in-season collections like a New Year’s resolution by February. If you’re not constantly tweaking the range to drive sales and profit, why are you even here?
YOU’re coasting while others hustle. If you think you can get by with minimal effort, just know, the competition moves faster than a Beyoncé ticket drop.
YOU struggle to collaborate. If working with Planning, Merchandising, and other departments feels like herding cats, we’ll be wasting each other’s time.
YOU can’t handle the chaos of retail. If markdowns, shifting sales, and last-minute pivots stress you out, this job will eat you alive and send you home crying like a “Love Island” elimination.
YOU don’t have a sense of urgency when it comes to critical dates. Deadlines feel like a “soft suggestion” to you. This industry moves faster than a viral meme—if you’re lagging, you’re losing.
YOU’re not keeping tabs on the market. If trends and competitor activity don’t get your heart racing, it’s not going to work..
YOU don’t get the concept of “newness” in the market. If you’re not working with Merchandising to bring fresh, exciting product phases, then pass.
