YOU are an educated individual, with a tertiary-level of knowledge… that means you have a degree.

YOU have two years of experience in enterprise resource planning (you didn’t have to google that), and you know your stuff when it comes to other areas of business.

YOU know what you want and how it should get done, and you’re also a self-motivated person who is laser focused on tasks, and can karate-kick risks.

YOU are always ready to give change a big hug, and you’re a nerd about new initiatives and what they can bring to a business.

YOU are a killer communicator whom everybody can trust when it comes to mediating conflict. You know how to break up a fight in the nicest way possible.

YOU ARE NOT UP TO THE TASK, IF…

YOU are not going to keep stakeholders in the loop about on-going activities. What are you, their mother?

YOU will not cooperate with other Super Users to efficiently implement projects, because you’re the only Super User in the village. Who are these imposters?

YOU won’t bother to identify improvement opportunities needed within the team. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

YOU do not see yourself as the go-to guy to give input on your area of expertise. They can come up with their own solutions.

YOU don’t want to be the point of reference for support, because then you’ll end up doing other people’s jobs.

YOU won’t create and maintain internal process documentations or training support material because that’s just tedious. They can learn as they go along.
