YOU’ve got the stamp to prove it. We’d love to see a CIPD- or degree-level qualification in HR. It would be nice, but no pressure.

YOU know your sh** when it comes to current HR legislation and best practices.
YOU are a super multitasker with excellent planning and project management skills.

CAN YOU HANDLE IT?

YOU ARE NOT READY TO MANAGE OUR PEOPLE, IF…

YOU are going to isolate yourself, because dealing with people-related challenges stresses you out and you don’t need that drama in your life.
YOU are not going to initiate and help out with operational restructures pertaining to company policy and HR best practices. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
YOU are not going to design and implement new pay and reward schemes. Everyone’s quiet quitting, anyway.
YOU don’t want to provide constructive feedback to key stakeholders with regards to their business efficiency. You don’t want to be yelled at for sticking your nose in.
YOU are afraid to demonstrate your sound judgement and knowledge of legal requirements to resolve employee relations issues, because you don’t want to get the blame if you get it wrong.
YOU will not bother with developing new HR initiatives aligned with the company’s overarching business strategy. If you’ve seen one company, you’ve seen them all. Same difference.
