YOU are not one to keep people updated with all relevant HR documentation. They need to be responsible for their own admin.

YOU won’t support the implementation of HR technology, because you don’t want anyone to find out that you’re actually terrible with technology.

YOU don’t believe in supporting with employee onboarding and offboarding. Let them in Hunger Games-style. Baptisms of fire are the best way to learn on the job.

YOU won’t assist employees with HR-related enquiries. Don’t ask me; I just print stuff.
